Yes, you can modify your booking dates and parking type up to 24 hours before your scheduled drop-off at no extra charge.
We offer both pre-payment and pay-on-arrival options. Pre-payment guarantees your spot and locks in the best rate.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your drop-off date for standard bookings, and up to 48 hours for VIP and Valet bookings. Full refunds are processed within 5 business days.
No worries! We monitor flight arrivals and adjust shuttle schedules accordingly. There’s no extra charge for delays — your car will be ready when you arrive.
Security
Your vehicle is protected by 24/7 CCTV surveillance, regular security patrols, perimeter fencing, and controlled access gates. All vehicles are fully insured during their stay.
Yes, our entire facility is enclosed with security fencing and the only access is through controlled entry/exit barriers.
Yes, every vehicle parked at our facility is covered by comprehensive insurance for the duration of the stay.
Shuttle Service
Our free shuttle buses run every 10 minutes between our parking facility and Alicante Airport terminal. The journey takes approximately 5 minutes. Simply park your car, walk to the shuttle stop, and hop on.
